 I like the new layout a lot! The color of the background is hard to look at for too long though.  Maybe something less intense in color would be an option.  |

I'm colour blind...and um...WOW
I gotta agree about the colour. With the images on the background, and the usernames (Vic and ohno, especially) it REALLY messes with my eyes.

I know this is hard on your eyes Sam  It bugs mine too. I believe Ohno is trying to get in touch with the web designer to get a different color background. We'll let you know when this has been fixed. Hopefully it will be very soon! We'll miss you till you can come back!  |

How about something other than the dark green background? Light yellow, maybe??

Light blue or light yellow would work, but then the font would need to be black.
To be honest, ohno, I can't even tell there was a change at all.

Two changes noticed this morning...
First...the forums are wider...HOORAY! I didn't like them all super skinny....this is much nicer.
Second...the icon showing threads with new posts has changed. Personally, I liked the tree....the new icon with the coloured dot again relies on COLOUR to show the difference. and as you know, I'm colour blind. With the tree it was just a quick glance and I could tell there was new posts to read.

Not really, Vic....it's still that horrible green background that gives my eyes the freaks.... I come by to check messages, but only some of them, and only once a day. I just can't stay long like I used to before my eyes start to hurt *coughBLACKANDWHITEcough* Please? |
